• Then select “Answer your security questions” if you think you can answer them correctly.

• If you click “Answer security questions”, you will be asked about your date of birth and then click “Enter”
• Again, you will be asked more security questions and then proceed
• Now on the password reset page, create a new strong password for iCloud Mail
• Enter it twice once to confirm
• Finally, tap on Reset Password

if you are asked about the recovery key, if you have set up the Apple ID with two-step verification. To finish the process follow the steps given:

• Mention the recovery key that first set up 2-Step Verification
• Tap “Continue”
• Now, mention the verification code sent by Apple on the Apple screen
• Then click “Continue”

• Then press the Reset password button
