Steps To Set Up An Email Account Using Roadrunner –
Roadrunner email services contain some of the most functional features that meet all the requirements of an email user. There are several benefits to using the Roadrunner email service.
Follow these simple steps to make changes to Roadrunner email server settings and set up an email account with Roadrunner:
- Open apps and tap “My Accounts”
- Select the option “Add an account”
- You are now in the “Configure Accounts” menu and there are several other social media icons.
- Click on the email icon.
- You should now enter your full Roadrunner email address followed by the “@ —-” sign. Rr.com ‘domain name. Make sure everything is small.
- Now enter the Roadrunner password in the space provided.
- The “Automatic account setup” option should be skipped.
- Click {Next ‘
- The phone will contact the email server. If the email account is configured correctly, you will see “Success!” on the screen.
- Your Roadrunner email setup has completed. You can test the configuration by sending and receiving email.

For POP setting with roadrunner Mail, it is important to have a strong and stable internet connection and a webmail account on the roadrunner.
- Open email from roadrunner on your device and click Settings
- Select Manual Server Configuration and click POP Settings.
- Make the account type POP or POP3
- Change incoming mail from server to twc.com
- Change the incoming server port to 110
- Make the security type null for the port
- Make twc.com outgoing mail server
- Change the outgoing server port to 587
- Make the security type None
- For username, enter your full roadrunner email address
- Enter the correct roadrunner email password on the respective site
- Click “Done” and you are done with the POP settings
Roadrunner IMAP setting:-
To start setting up roadrunner IMAP on your device, make sure you have an email account on the road and a good internet connection.
Open the mail app on your device
Provide the login credentials to log into the Roadrunner email
Click on the manual configuration option and uncheck the automatic configuration option
Now select IMAP settings and make settings as follows:
- Make the account type IMAP
- Change the incoming server to: twc.com
- Make the incoming mail server port 143
- Set Security Type to SSL / TLS and Security Type to None
- Change the outgoing mail server to: twc.com
- Do the output port 587
- Change the security type to none and make the unsafe port nothing
- Enter the full email address of the driver
- Enter the Roadrunner email password
- Uncheck the Safe Server option in the next option
- Also, uncheck the verified certificate option
- After authenticating with the SMTP server, you will be taken to the next step
- Reset your full email and password on roadrunner ,Click the Next button
- Enter the name of the account that you want to display on the screen , Click Done
